We’re excited to offer Resident eMoney Orders - an easy and secure alternative to paper money orders.

It’s CONVENIENT – You can purchase eMoney Orders at more than 20,000 retail locations nationwide. Ask the leasing office, or check on the right to find the location nearest to you.

It’s COST-EFFECTIVE – Unlike paper money orders, there is not a $500 limit to a Resident eMoney Order. This means you can pay all your rent at once and you only have to pay one fee.

It’s EASY – There’s no paperwork or hassle.

1. Get payment coupon from a community staff member.
2. Take it to one of the eMoney Order-supported retail locations to make a cash payment for your monthly rent. It’s that easy!
